Director of Programs & Partnerships (Part-Time)

SHIELD Task Force, Inc. (SHIELD WV) is seeking a motivated, organized, and mission-driven professional to help expand our child abuse prevention and education efforts across West Virginia.

This position will support school-based prevention programs, coordinate trainings and community partnerships, assist with fundraising and donor engagement, manage social media communications, and help strengthen SHIELD's statewide impact.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 80 hours per month

  • Location: Primarily remote/work from home, with periodic statewide travel

  • Flexibility: Flexible scheduling with opportunities for professional growth and networking

Ideal candidates will bring lived or professional experience in child advocacy, prevention education, nonprofit programming, community outreach, communications, or related areas, along with strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
